Refund and Cancellation
Policy
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the reservation time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels less than 5 days before the starting time of the reservation, the first day plus 50% of all days after that, and the TTP down payment, are non-refundable.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the rest of the reservation is non refundable.
- Note: Guests won’t get a refund of the TTP Itinerary fee.
- Refund will happen within 10 business days from the cancellation
